All of our prices are in Australian Dollars [AUD] and include GST (Goods and Services Tax)
Risks & Warnings
Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
· Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery. Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Alcohol consumption may cause health problems.
· A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
· Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt, so extra care should be taken.
Delivery
Rogue Vintner’s 3rd party warehouse will pack your wine with care and speed it to you via courier. Delivery is free Australia wide for a minimum 6 bottle purchase.
Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working days. Deliveries will take place 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday or between 12 noon and 5pm on ANZAC DAY. No deliveries are permitted on Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Day or Good Friday.
It is best to use a delivery address where the package can be accepted in person, such as your workplace. We are unable to leave wine at an unattended address
International Delivery
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping.
Availability
Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.
Packaging
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box holds 6 bottles.
Refunds Policy
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory. Please send an email to rogue@roguevintner.com to arrange for a replacement. Please note we will not replace wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error.
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please send an email to rogue@roguevintner.com to request return instructions, and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case of the need to return.
